If I already have a non-resident Fla carry permit, is there a need for a non-resident Pa? I would think if you were pulled over in PA a LEO would rather see the PA than the Fla (even though Fla is honored there).
I'll agree with the collecting part. On my desk right now (the applications), PA, CT, NH. New Hamp is a stretch at $100 being the last time I was there I was 7.
