Who's running an ACOG TA33R-8?
Hi,
I'm on the fence regarding an optic purchase for my 16"... I've been looking at the ACOG TA33R-8 and the Vortex PST 1-4x24 online and have read many reviews. Unfortunately I have not been able to actually view the TA33R-8 in person. Any owners of a TA33R-8 plan on going to the range in the near future? I would appreciate it if you could drop me a line and let me take a look at your optic up close. I can't seem to find a local shop that has one.

As with all ACOGs, the glass is phenomenal. I had the exact model you're considering, and it's a great balance between magnification and weight IMHO. The chevron reticle allows you to do more precise work with the tip of the chevron, and there's also a BDC
