Hello and welcome to LIF!
You can support your local FFL shops, they too carry the same line
of rifles however for this type of rifle it will cost you about an extra
$20. The nominal extra cost will go a long way into supporting our
FFL shops that in turn help keep our rights as law abiding firearms
owners. Also, in time you'll build good relationships with the shops
where they will go out of their way to get you what you need when
you need it.
Chesters in Ronkonkoma has a nice line of Savage .22LR rifles and
he just got in a Savage Semi-Auto beauty. The Savage TRR-SR
Semi Auto .22LR with threaded Bull Barrel, top rail, bench rest target
stock is a serious consideration. It was priced at only $319!
Chesters also has my personal favorite in a .22LR, the Ruger 10/22
VLE Talo Limited Edition with Heavy Bull Barrel. Comes with a very
nice Shooter's Ridge Bipod too. Price was $399. TACK DRIVER.
See my post about the Ruger 10/22 VLE rifle here:

If you still want a bolt, Chester has plenty of those as well.
Benson's also carries a very nice line of .22LR's, mainly higher end
target Savage bolt models with fluted stainless barrels and custom
wood stocks. Expect to spend more for these beauties.
I'm sure other FFLs have stock in something you'll like, call ahead
to see what they have... I've only been to Chesters & Bensons lately.
Good luck with your search and please consider buying from a local
FFL store.
Peace,
