I just received my Non Resident CCW Today for the Commonwealth of Virginia! If you didnt know about it, add it to your list of Out of State Licenses! I sent in the paperwork May 20th. Fast Turn Around Time. Its Issued by the Virginia State Police. Thanks Virginia! ;D

I find it strange how VA accepts PA non resident permit but requires their own non res permit holders take handgun course, submit fingerprints, etc.
