First off, that video was ridiculously obtuse. Could barely get through it. If you are going to be a broadcaster, at least learn to put a coherent sentence together.

The bank can and has used a nondiscriminatory reason to choose to not do business with another private business, namely the enhanced risk of the arms industry. The category of sporting arms and sporting goods in general is renown for its rate of business failures, so they can readily justify their desire to avoid risk.

The other reason this is not a constitutional violation and is non discriminatory is that its a commercial business they are choosing to discriminate against and not an individual. Also, unlike race and sexual orientations, the business you choose is something you select rather than are born into. Lastly, the right to possess a firearm is covered by the 2nd Amendment. The right hasn't been extended as far as I know to the right to sell guns or gun parts.

That being said, it would be a good use of attorney time to take a flier and bring a suit. Would at least get the issue resolved and make them defend their position and rationale.

Why is it not taken up as a civil rights violation? We need an Al Sharpton for the gun world.

Who is their largest competitor? Move savings, checking, mortgages and anything else you have with US Bancorp to their completion and make the reasons why clear when you pull your cash.
They will gain as much business and they will lose, if it bothers anyone that much, vote with your feet.
