Same fact pattern except you are the guy who was strangled, and you were falsley accused by a child at the urging of a gilted girlfriend. The fellow prisoner that was at your video hearing does not know that bit of information. Do they still have it right?

I'm all for punishment, but innocent until proven guilty, not the charges are really bad, he must have done it.
