Little kids are born with their brains in their butts. Its our job to beat them into their heads.

AgreedAR15 lover said:I cant justify that over use of force at all but hitting your kids is not a big deal.. I myself was hit as a kid spanked, wooden spoons but it taught me alright from wrong and I am glad it happen to Me I am not condoning over use of force but these days parents and people are scared and are so against hitting kid. It works but not over force, I was raised by my mother an Italian immigrant and my dad Italian American from Brooklyn so when I was out of line I got it and am happy that made me who I am and built character. In no way am I endorsing the use
Of force this judge had at all but I do believe
In spankings but not abuse.
Spank a child yes, no problem... wooden spoon OK, it's more noise and sting than anything else, but won't do any damage.... Picking up any WEAPON though is just beating/abuse out of anger - NOT "discipline"AR15 lover said:I cant justify that over use of force at all but hitting your kids is not a big deal.. When the parent is beating a disabled child in a fit of rage, it is abuse. I don't know where the line is exactly, but I know which side of it this was on.SydneyH said:When does spanking and yelling cross the line to become abuse?
If a parent lays a hand on a child, can that be considered child abuse and domestic violence?
How does the law read on these issues?
