Stuck elevation dial

Ok, Little new to using a scope. I'm having trouble adjusting the elevation dial on my  Redfield scope. It is mounted on a Mini 14. I have had it out a couple of times but today when trying to adjust it the dial will not travel either way. Other then sending it back to the factory any suggestions?

Send it back. Sounds like it was made before quiting time on friday. Had a scope with 2 elavation dials.
