I was at a Gun store, won't mention what/where other than outside of NY and a major retail store.  The state the store is in has similar law regarding adjustable stocks on rifles as we do in NY...Anyway, completely unprovoked by me, the clerk begins to say how he purchased his rifle out of state and is not state compliant and that it is a felonious configuration.  Who the eff says that to someone they never met before? I could very well have been an off duty PO or even off duty ATF. some people.....
