The home owner shot home invaders, killed one and wounded another. The owner was not charged pending investigation. I am waiting to see what happens.

Another one in Cali I heard on the news, 66 year old woman shoots intruder 3 times and kills him as he's breaking into her home... All the while being on the phone with 911.

My impression is that California has Castle doctrine but no protection against civil suit just like in New York. I hope everything turn out good for the home owner. More information is coming out. Looks like the home invaders fired shots as well.

Similar thing in Redding, CA the other day. 66 y/o woman shoots and kills the puke with her brand spanking new, never-been-fired .38. All while on the horn to to po-pos (audio).

It seems, nothing will happen to her. WTF is going on? Is CA coming to its senses?!! (Doubt it.)
