RECEIVED MY PA  LICENSE..

These guy's are fast...mailed it out Monday,,Received it Sat....they don't play in PA...
Thanks to everyone for the info to get it done...now to move on to Florida...

Back in the day....

I think the fee for non-resident hunter was $12. Things have certainly changed since then , but PA is a state that makes a TON of money from hunting and fishing. Encouraging more people into the state is certainly in their best interests.
