Hope some of the guru's can answer my questions....I'm traveling to South Dakota in August...I have 3 CCW permits from states that have recipriocity with S Dakota so im good to go..Now here is where im fuzzy...As per what i have read you can not carry in a courthouse or a school...ok i got it....you also can not carry in a business that derives 50% of its revenue from alchohol...so here is a question...Is a casino one of those business?...also it states you can not carry on federal land.....How do i know when its federal land ? ...Let's say im riding my bike enjoying the scenery and for some reason i get stopped and worst case scenerio i have to state to the LEO im carrying and he informs me its federal land?...Any help is appreaciated

Couldn't tell you about the casino's. But you should be good on federal lands as per the bill that Obama recently signed. If I'm wrong someone please corect me. Also, while on the federal land you are not permitted in any federal building. That includes the bathrooms.

A casino may be covered under another statute or may be posted but it does not fall under the 50% rule.

When I was in Atlantic City NJ,no firearms were allowed on the Casino floor when gambling.Not sure if that is a state rule.You should be fine under FOPA when traveling.Once in a gun friendly state you just have to stay out of Federal buildings with a loaded firearm.This means U.S. Post Office grounds which includes the parking lot for the USPS.USACARRY.COM has good info.
