Question about ct laws

I'm traveling via car to vt I have my ny and pa permit is it legal for me to travel thru ct while it's locked in it's case and in the trunk

I believe that you are allow to transport your firearm to ct in the manner that you described. Anything else and it would be consider ccw in ct. You are allow to do this for trips to competition matches or designated hunting areas... provide you also have the proper hunting license, but don't take my word for it... read this article is from the NRA
