Possible burglary suspect found shot
Details are sketchy, but it looks like burglary is getting to be a risky way of making a living.
San Jose police are investigating a predawn shooting this morning that began as a call about a burglar breaking into someone's home and ended with a man found crouched in the backyard after he was shot in the torso
