PATERSON, NJ - An anti-crime block party in Paterson on Tuesday turned deadly when a man was shot and killed, according to a report on NorthJersey.com.
Police found Robert Godfrey, 39, of Paterson, dead in the street following an argument during National Night Out, an event designed to heighten crime prevention awareness, the report said. Authorities arrested Marlon Rochester, 30, in connection with the killing, according to the report.
