Why isn't the old man locked up and spending the rest of his life in jail ??? Something is very wrong with this video

And you gotta love what the old man says at the very end.

Lol...love the old man. +1 to him. Anyone else find it odd "sleeping on the couch in the kitchen"?

Seems like a shanty town, poorer crime ridden neighborhood.... and people are prepared to be ripped off.

Curious what gun jammed. It would make for a nice heated debate on a Sunday morn.
