NY to FL driving with Ammo

I'm driving from NY to FL, with 10 boxes of ammo.  No firearms.   Is this legal?

Hollowpoints in New Jersey will have you taking a ride in a car with more lights than yours.

Maryland is pretty tough to figure out- IIRC, a loaded magazine is illegal, but locked up ammo and empty mags are OK:
