NJ robbery twarted

2 College kids were preyed upon by an ex con. Ex con lost.

I say the college kid had a grasp on things. Thoughts ?

Sounds like an "involuntary manslaughter" charge might be just around the corner.  Don't get me wrong, I have no sympathy for the criminal, but unless there is proof that they were in mortal danger, N.J. will tie thier nut to a sling.

Not this time around. The news paper already branded the dead guy as a "Robber". His past record will not work in his favor.

If They would have just given Him the change... That poor man would still be alive today.

Maybe, until when the kid went for his wallet the robber grabbed that and ran instead of the phone.. I have little to no sympathy for violent, repeat offenders.

Once the perp put the wrestler's friend into a headlock it was no longer a property crime.
