Hello All!

I usually don't post pics of my firearms, but this is very unusual.

It is an Anschutz 12" barreled handgun bolt action in 17HMR, shot it tonight, very accurate, but a bit awkward right now.

Where did you find such a thing friend?

That is extremely interesting. What kind of sights does it have ? How is the manipulation of the bolt after each shot?
Very nice piece. It reminds me of the chipmunk bolt action 22 pistol rifle

Is this a left handed design? Looks counter productive for a right handed shooter?
any plans for a scope and some varmint hunting? good luck with it

Hmmmmm. . . Possibly not . . . . . Think about it. . . . . A right handed shooter shoots the gun, then uses the left hand to cycle the firearm for the next round, with the gun firmly held by his dominant hand, and can come right back up on target for the next shot. Sounds right to me. . . . . ;)
Depends on which gun we are talking. OP has pic of right hand bolt and the next pic of another gun has bolt on left side.
Yes, this is true. I would submit then that the first photograph is most likely a model for left handed shooters, while the second model shown seems that it would be better suited for a right handed shooter.

But, then again, what do I know. . . . . . :-/
