Hey all,

Got a call from a buddy who's talked me into a weekend of quading in some deep remote part of the state of New Hampshire. Not quite sure what type critters up that way in the woods and would like to bring a little heat (pistol)with me. Looked at the state laws for New Hampshire and as I see it, one can carry a pistol as long as it's open carry without a licence.Couldn't determine if that was for residents only.

Any members here have any feedback about carrying a pistol in that state? I'm going to give the state police a call but thought I'd through it out here.

Dale,

I know this may be a little late... but OC in NH is legal for non residents without a permit. Don't CC without the permit though, OC only.

Also, once you're in the car, make sure you secure the firearm, its considered concealed even if its "open" carry once you get in the car.
