Need an NRA course to get Massachusetts license

I am interested in getting a Massachusetts license, but understand that you need an NRA course under your belt if you are applying as a non-resident.  I'm in Nassau and I'd be willing to travel no more than 50 miles to attend an NRA course that would be recognized by Mass.  Anyone ever take a course or know where I can take one, maybe in Nassau or Suffolk counties?  I've already taken the Personal Protection Outside the Home basic and advanced courses, but it's not honored by MA.  Thanks in advance for any help.

I thought their non-resident was only valid for a year and was expensive?  What the deal with that?  Will they accept a Utah course, those classes pop up every now and again.
