Absolutely impressive looking.

You're shooting a .338 at 100/200....have you aired her out, yet? Do you expect the same results at .338 ranges (600+++) with that scope?

Makes me want to start a precision build.....without getting too personal, what did that system cost you?

That is the equivelant of a playboy playmate riding shotgun in your Ferrari. Very nice!

It's obvious that your mistress is quite the tease. However it seems she's completely trustworthy.

Now, the question begs to be asked ... would you ever let the lady spend time in the arms of another ??

WOW... I must compliment on your work. The guns you post on this board are absolutely amazing.  This is definitely one gun that qualifies as a "mistress" (worth taking the risk of getting hit over the head with a cast iron pot from the "misses").  Your bench is truly awesome. VERY NICE shooting too!  I was thinking of getting a Sako TRG because of their proven accuracy, quality and a top choice of snipers around the world, any suggestions on what I need to know?

Why do you have this obsession with setscrew muzzle brakes?
The muzzle on the Sako is threaded, not a clamp tight design.
Thread pattern is M18x1mm. The single steel bolt simply
tightens the muzzle from unwinding after you've spun in the
muzzle as deep as you can go still keeping it aligned. The
top screw does not tighten onto the barrel at all - it's designed
to hold an optional front sight.

The obsession I think you're referring to are my custom 4 bolt clamp
tighten muzzle brakes that I've posted with photos of my Saiga AK-47
and my Rock River AR-10 .308 .

My obsessive reasons are pretty simple:

1. No need to thread the muzzle which voids warranties.
I like the extra ounce of weight too. :)
2. Eliminates one "evil" feature. Threaded muzzles are a "no no"
in the Assault Weapons Ban if you have grips.
3. Portable/Reusable. Depending on the barrel width, I can
easily re-drill a muzzle for larger fits.
4. Solid. My clamp muzzles have the same strength, if not
stronger than some looser type threading.
5. Effectiveness. Depending on the caliber, I can put any outer
diameter size muzzle brake for maximum effectiveness.
Like an outer diameter of 1.5" is VERY effective.

The normal 4 bolt clamp design can be made in any configuration.
Perfect barrel fitted, tapered or not, uses 4 steel bolts for extreme
fit and effectiveness. Impossible to move when secured.

Threaded designed muzzle brakes only need one bolt clamp to
prevent spinning. Threaded end can be made to match any
length, like an Accuracy International AX .338 Lapua Magnum.

I also use "Roedale" type clamp muzzles, which are also very effective.
Instead of round with 4 ports on each side, they are flat with 3 large
ports per side.

Just call me a MUZZLE head. 8)

Peace,

She sure is sexy...

* I did a search once on green lasers and came across some Of your other rifles in the past.(AR-10 I believe)
and those were sick too. I'd say the bench and loading stuff looked very similar so it must have been you.

I've taken my Mistress to Storm Mountain, West Virginia.
1600yrd shots hitting 18" reactive swinging gong targets.

After sighting in, never a miss. It takes a little over a
second before you can hear the gong hit an a clear, 85F
day with minimal wind. Also 1000yrd shots in Pennsylvania.

Rifle alone is $2,900, without optics, bi-pod, tactical rails, etc.

Local FFLs will charge you $3,500+, and you'll pay tax too.

After it's all said and done, you can be looking at $5,500+
with all the goodies.
