My wife is due to give birth next week and we are a very close family....Once the baby comes we are going to be making many trips to Maryland because thats where her moms brother ( her uncle ) lives with his family...He just retired after 37 years as Chief of Operations for the DEA and is now in the private sector owning a international security company...I know Utah does not cover Maryland..Its a shame cause he always says when we come down it would be awsome to go to the range and shoot as a family ( both of his children work for the FEDS now ) and all shoot...So if what i read is correct i have a better chance of winning the lottery than getting a non resident permit for Maryland ? Anyone care to comment ?
