I'm starting my next Jeep project.... I need some sheet steel 3/16 x 60"x24" for a front bumper i'm about to build.
Anyone know of a local place that might have what I need???

Ask these guys- they sell mostly wholesale, but they might be able to point you at someone who might have enough scrap for a project like yours.

Sims is south of sunrise by the tracks.... John street to the tracks & hang a right...

Also close for you is a place right on Edison Avenue (by the dump)... don't remember the cross street, just drive down Edison av., You'll see all the steel in the yard.
