My serious trail rig has four legs and wears a saddle.:) I don't think we are discussing the same type of trail riding.

what are you trail riding with, and where are your trails?

Aside from the beaches, there are no LEGAL places to wheel on Long Island.
Join up with Long Island Off Road. They have monthly wheeling trips to LEGAL trails all throughout New England.

The closest (Best) public wheeling area would be Rausch Creek Offroad Park in Tremont, Pa.
About 3 1/2 hours away from Nassau County roughly by I-78 & I-81 in Pa.

They have all trails from bone stock to hardcore tube buggies sitting on 44" tires.
