A-6762B/S-7196, Relates to the dangers to the safety and health of the public caused by the sale, manufacturing, importing and marketing of firearms and whether such activity constitutes a public nuisance, has been sent to the Governor. He will likely sign it at a closed press event this afternoon.

Well I guess if murderers can now vote, I guess a murderer can sign a few illegal bills into law.

According to their announcement "news" article: "A federal law makes it virtually impossible to hold bad actors in the gun industry accountable, but allows states to pass laws enabling such suits to proceed."

Both parts of that statement are pure, unadulterated BS. The federal statute is pre-emptive, on that subject. There would be no purpose to having the federal statute in place, if it was not pre-emptive.
