Any restaurant that serves alcoholic beverages is a sensitive location. Any private business/property requires a sign that allows firearms.

Correct. Was hoping as people notice signs on doors they can post back here do we can give these businesses our support. We should be supporting these business owners that are willing to show everyone there pro 2A

Private property does not need to have a sign if the A) Subject to exemptions for certain individuals, you can only enter another person’s property with a firearm, rifle, or shotgun when the owner or lessee has specifically posted that it allowed, or the owner or lessee has expressly consented. Consent to Issued August 27, 2022 8 carry must be reflected by clear and conspicuous signage or express verbal consent from the owner or lessee. (Penal Law § 265.01-d

What the statement reflects is that another member stated that the any business that allows cc must have a sign. That was not totally true.

The OP is looking for business's that have a firearm welcome sign. If we share local stores supporting 2A, we can intern support them. Outside of gun stores, I haven't seen any.
This could be a great thread. I'd rather patronize a store that had the sign posted than one that didn't. It could be good for store owners and businesses as well. Please post businesses. Here's one...
Goodfellas Cigars Medford.
I carry the little stickers with me, and put them on every door of every store I go into.. Problem solved ;)

Any establishment that serves alcohol you would be committing a class e felony if caught somehow, regardless of a sign and all the dinners I’ve ever been too served alcohol.

If I am interpreting this correctly , the operative phrase here is "serves Alcohol". which means you can carry into a Liquor Store or Deli or anywhere that sells alcohol but does not serve it....

As per the CCIA, a sign is required for Restricted Locations.

All sensitive locations you can’t carry period, no matter a sign or not. you can look up the list of sensitive locations. Restricted locations are areas that business (minus the ones that “serve alcohol”) needs to put up a sign saying “guns welcome” and 99.9 percent of stores aren’t going to do that. It’s absolutely insane how bad this law is.

Maybe they should expand it.

Add something the sign.

"Employees in this store are armed "

Those business owners who are classified as Sensitive Location can’t have a firearm to protect themselves now!
This sign was on the front door of a Diner upstate NY, and they sell/serve beer and wine. I don't get it.

its all a joke really no one cares i say it all the time carry concealed with a good holster u have nothing to worry about. As long as your not drunk or brandishing your not getting in trouble and if you really had to use it and it was justified you not getting charged look at the saratoga shooting the only one that was charged with sensitive place felony was an off duty cop that was hammered and pulled out his gun and pointed it a cops the other person had a concealed carry and was charge with misdemeanor assault for fighting and they both shot there's weapon's. But if you do use it you better have your ducks in a row because one wrong move your going to jail for manslaughter or worse.....

In Sullivan County, a guy was going to stores and sticking those green signs.
As taught in the 18 hour class. If alcoholic beverages are served at any restaurant, it is a sensitive location under the CCIA.
One store is next to a U.S. Post Office, they have the sign allowing concealed carry. Federal property even in parking areas forbids a firearm.

Pretty much. The language of the CCIA prohibits firearm possession in any location issued a "license for on-premise consumption" of beer, cider, liquor, or wine.
