My recipe:

Order a bottle of this stuff, whichever flavor you like. I've used most of them and they are all great.

Slice a piece of bottom round into thin pieces, somewhere between an 1/8th and a 1/4 inch thick.

Soak meat in Sweetwater brine for an hour or so.

Pop in smoker for about 1.5 - 2 hours. If you don't have a smoker you could just put it in the oven at 225 or so. Maybe rub with a little liquid smoke.

I was just berated by several co-workers because I haven't brought them any in a while.

PS - Jack Link's gave me a wicked episode of gout. At least I think it was their jerky. It was the only thing in my diet that had changed before the first attack of gout.
