I had a conversation with someone today about AR-15s and he was saying all AR-15s are Law Enforcement only.
Is there any recent/new legislation that adds to or supersedes the NYS SAFE act?
The major Thing that changed is that you need a pistol license to buy a semi auto rifle. Your friend probably doesn’t have one and misheard the gun shop.
