The 2nd Circuit Court revived and remanded a lawsuit challenging Nassau County's revocation of a pistol license, saying that "the district court failed to treat the right to keep and bear arms as an individual right."

Wow, the judges on the 2nd Circuit come through! Shocking. The gist is that the 2nd Circuit isn't taking the police licensing people's subjective opinion on fitness, and requiring them to specifically identify the basis for taking someone's guns. Bulls**t allegations by spouses or kids that arn't proven won't be enough.
