Got my pa license today

Got my pa license today took only 6 days I read somewhere on here that you can put your picture on it and reduce it down so that it is wallet size is that legit and does anyone know where to take a class that fits the requirements for fl

You can reduce it to 66%, put on a picture, and laminate it....   cost me $2 at Staples.

I have a little clear plastic sleeve my suffolk cards are in. The PA one is folded up in with them.

Not sure what the Pa License means.  Is it a concealed carry permit that allows you to carry in other states?

Any chance you are prior military? Military experience counts from what I understand.

I have heard that some counties in PA will issue a photo license. THis would require going to the PA county that issued the license to get one. I don't know if there is any truth to this. Definitely call ahead and confirm this before going there.

PA doesn't require a class for a non-resident license. Of course, you should realize that because you received your license without taking a class for it.

I believe you're right and a copy of a DD-214 is good to fulfill the fl "class" requirement. I think there are other proofs that are acceptable as well.

FL requires proof of firearms safety training by an approved organization (like NRA) and other proofs are acceptable. As far as PA, it's not worht trying to find a county which will issue as easily as Centre County just for a picture when the license without it is just as good and you are allowed to "do it yourself" for the pic, shrinking and lamination. Centre County used to do it for a reasonable additional fee but they may have stopped offering it with the onslaught of applications since obammy got elected.
