GAS Stoves gone 2025
Anyone who has the lame idea of building anything in this hell hole better break ground before 2025 cause that Mommy Dearest lookalike and here socialist allies in Albany have included a proposal in the state budget(snuck it in) that bans gas stoves in new construction in 2025.Time to flee this wasteland.

I used to do contract work for pseg home performance division. Last big event, I went to explain the rollout of total electrification of every home. No gas or oil boiler, furnaces, and water heaters. Instead, straight up heat pumps and electric water heater. There are massive insensitive s to get this done. Get ready it seem s inevitable.

I went in on a mini split heat pump for the basement, since the oil fed baseboard wasn't cutting it in the winter. I haven't gotten to summer yet, but I'm hoping it pulls the humidity out as well. Definitely not a cheap job, but the tax credits will help next year. My main complaint is the vibration when the heat really kicks on.
