FFL Dealer Transfer Prices

I used Fred's for all my online handgun transfers because his fees were reasonable. Fred's shop is gone, so now I'm shopping for a FFL that is a decent price. Most are $40 and up for handgun transfer.

Empire State on 112, is close to Freds 30 long, 40 pistol.
Long island Gun Source also on 112. I remember it being reasonable.
The last one I used was Baits N Barrels in Riverhead they were 45 bucks for a pistol

Thirty years ago I transferred a pistol from PA to LI, I used T&T (not sure if they're around anymore, this one was in Floral Park) and paid $35 on each end. Either I overpaid back then or prices today are pretty reasonable.

I just called, yup $25 for handgun, thanks for the info.

DSI does $25 as well
Is that fee for all FFL transfers. New or Used ?

If it’s a firearm that they don’t stock, it $25. If they do stock it and you have one sent there, it’s $50. I’m pretty sure he told me that it’s $50 for a face to face as well.
I don’t shop there, but I do have my used GB purchases sent there because of convenience. I can prepay my transfer and enter the FFL information on their website. They usually send their information out immediately and I can always pick it up within a few hours of delivery. I’ve had other shops forget to send their information, or take a day or two to call to pickup and complete the transfer.

Thanks! DSI has a good selection of new firearms.

T&T has been in business in Seaford at the same location I believe since 1978.

Yes, I think they had 2 (or more?) locations when I did business with them. Floral Park was closer for me...if I remember correctly, they had a range in the basement, lot of years ago so my memory may be fuzzy.
I'm looking for the same thing. Looks like JJ is the way to go
