Send it back to eotech. It has a warranty.
EXPS2-0 Problems
I have a EXPS2-0 I got it new July 15 2011 and the lates few times out it failed me. Has anyone seen any problems with this sight? I will be shooting and the holographic will shut off. If i try to turn it back on it only will turn on with the front button if i hit the rear button it will shut off. And yes i put new batteries in tried a few new ones.

Eotech has a VERY good repair department. Sounds like your battery contacts may not be making contact 100% of the time. Reach out to their repair people: http://www.eotech-inc.com/repairs
