and I have seen D cells in a 6V.
Also, the video starts with the premise that 4 AA batteries cost $4 - $5? A "price per round" of $1 to $1.25 per AA? Consider that 40 Duracell alkalines are $15 at BJs.
Also note that they're disassembling a "heavy duty" lantern battery. Alkaline lantern batteries are becoming a nuisance to find.
