"No one has more on the line in Wednesday night's Republican presidential debate than Jeb Bush.
The former Florida governor with one of the most recognizable names in politics and $100 million in the bank is facing one of the most crucial moments of his political career at the CNN debate held at the Reagan Library.

In the unpredictable GOP race for president, Bush is struggling to regain his footing in the midst of Hurricane Trump. He first tried to ignore the bellicose billionaire before changing course and punching back hard. He has released detailed tax and immigration reform plans to show he is about substance, not style. He has kept a rigorous pace on the campaign trail, squeezing in Monday meetings with tech leaders in Seattle before heading off to Nevada and Michigan post-debate."

I don't really care for Jeb Bush. The liberal media likes to showcase anything on him because they want all the libertards reading their trash to think that all the right has to offer is another Bush and a crazed racist business man, thus in their own minds, re-affirming/justifying their subservient, socialist left positions. I care and I'll watch, not like so many who want to see Republicans tear each other apart but because the need to glean some indication as to who in that bunch can possibly have a moment and rise above the rest and not just because they are louder, more abrasive and have quick one liners.

Didn't care about the first and don't care about this one. I don't care what any candidate says now to get elected. Only thing that matters to me is their record when they're not under the spotlight.

Everything they say now is more Hope and Change BS.

NO, I have no time to listen to the BS. I have better things to do like discussing politics with my dog, he has a better outlook and more intelligent then any candidate

I'm interested in seeing Fiorina for the first time. If the country so desperately wants a woman POTUS, I'd rather it her than Hillary.

I think I like Ben and would have him as my doctor and would like to chew the fat with him but I get the impression he's not the guy I want in the war room dealing with hostile enemies of our country calling the shots. I couldn't imagine him getting tough with the likes of Putin and Kim Jung ill. Obama seems hawkish compared to Carson, at least he gave the green light to eliminate bin laden. I think the docs Hippocratic oath will seriously get in the way of very hard decisions that need to be made to keep the country safe. We're going to have had eight years of weakness, I'm not ready to sign on for another four. We can't afford it. IMO.

I'll watch. It's kind of like watching a car race to see who crashes.

I'm interested in Cruz, Fiorina, Carson, Rubio and to a lesser degree Trump.

The media will promote Trump, because if they covered the others, Hillary and Sanders would have to quit the race because, well. the others would blow them away.

Sanders is a commie.

And Hillary, is, well, a Clinton.

Hopefully someone who is actually pro-gun like Cruz/Paul make a good showing, the only way were going to get rid of some of the crazy laws here is with national reciprocity. More than half of the people up on the debate stage would never expand gun rights, some would make them significantly worse. That's all I care about tbh.

Rhetoric is not tough.
Mouth is mouth. Actions matter.
Carson has the guts to cut into a baby's brain.
Carson has the intelligence to not be goaded and the intelligence to recognize a threat.
He will surround himself with experts and IMO, will have a demeanor to allow free expression and not want sycophants or Yes men like Obama.
I fear that may also be one of Trump's weaknesses.
Either would be infinitely better than any of the Democratic candidates and of course Obama who is literally the worst POTUS of my lifetime. And I lived through Lyndon Johnson and Jimmy Carter.

But I agree Trump would be good at standing up for our nation and our interests. Something we have not seen in 7 years.

I think Trump is fresh bait and blood in the water for the shark that lurks from the deep in Ted Cruz. . ...................... Whether these 2 have a pact or not I think they are in unison with each other. I am not contradicting myself as I think Trump is opening the way for Cruz. Time will tell ....IMO . Again look out for Cruz to rise.
