I had one they are legal like any other pistol
Is that a Cobra?I would like to get that in 9mm. Did you pick it up on LI ?
It's a wonderful POS from Davis. It was bought on LI, but a long time ago. Paid $30.00 for it brand new.

They seem to be $90.00 on GB. :)

That derringer is nice. I have an original 1860 one by Remington in .41 rimfire in mint cond.
Here are some pics:
That Rem is nice. Always wanted a derringer think I will buy one since they're legal in NYS. Not legal in CA & MA from what I have been reading.

This Remington is a collector's piece. It's .41 rimfire which is an antique caliber.
How's the trigger on yours Steve?

Amazing that the Davis did a complete ripoff of the style.
I found this company online they look real nice and made rite here in the good old USA

$90 on GB, really?

Group buy? I'd be in for two. ;)
Shoot mine before you even think of buying one. The trigger is total crap. I think it would be more painfull (and accurate) to throw the gun at the perp. then attempt to shoot them.

Heavy pull. That's probably routine for back then. This gun was acutally made around 1860 just prior to the Civil War. I had Remington run a check on the SN when I first got it.
I would love one just to have it not how well it shoot it's barrel is 2.75" and grip is smaller then that how good could it shoot but I bet at 10 feet it would do it's job
What do these little Derringers go for?

The Cobra models seem to be between $125.00 - $149.00 on GB.
