Each year 1 in 3 American will be diagnosed with cancer. I joined the Cycle for the Cure to fund cancer research at Memorial Sloans Kettering Cancer Center. Every dollar counts and I'm asking for your donation to the Cycle for the Cure at MSKCC.

Why would a fat out of shape guy like me Cycle;
I cycle to honor all of those that had the currage to face their fear in the battle against cancer, I cycle in solidarity with over 10,000 cyclers from accoss the country to create a renewed sense of hope for patients and thier love ones.

How can you Help
You can help by making a donation to Cycle for the Cure. 100% of every dollar I raise goes directly to Memorial Sloan Kettering for research, paiving the way for more effective therapies.

When it comes to cancer, there is no difference if we are white, black, purple or blue. makes no difference if we are young or old, if we are pro or against guns. It may affect any one of us at any given time.

We all know cancer knows no boundaries… Like most other people, here I've lost loved ones to cancer, and had other loved ones undergo Chemo, Mastectomies, etc. Terrible stuff.

It ran through my head that all these loved ones of mine, smoked, drank, etc. (lead unhealthy life styles) so it was not to be "unexpected".

I'm no Saint, but I do watch what I eat, drink, don't smoke, exercise etc., yet in November I got the kick of a life time in my stomach; "you have an aggressive form thyroid cancer.. we need to do this quickly.."

The following week I was operated on, (I'm fine now, and they got it all)… really makes a person thankful for what they have in terms of family and friends.
