Is there a date set yet for the full trial for Judge Suddaby on the whole CCIA?
No. Nothing can be set, until the 2nd Circuit Court issues its decision regarding the TROs, which the 2nd Circuit suspended. The 2nd Circuit's decision was stated to be published, by 6/20.

Another Victory out of New Jersey, from Federal District Court. Judge ruled most of the laws are likely unconstitutional.

Do you have a citation?

Hi Gary,

Also, here is a great in depth synopsis from Mark Smith of the Four Boxes Diner

Thanks. Another series of nails, in the coffin of the antis. Big hit, on the training and LICENSING requirements, also. The judges, in the 2nd Circuit will need to now keep all of this in mind, before rendering their decision.

With states anti gun laws getting the blessing from the circuit courts. Further litigation will continue. Rinse and Repeat!
Ya the second circuit is going to have to strike down some of these places in my opinion

If we get a positive result from the Second Circuit. It will be Private property. Sensitive locations and the rest will remain in effect. The State won’t appeal if the Second Circuit rules in favor with Suddaby’s ruling. The Supreme Court is eventually going to hear the CCIA in a few years. Just hope we have the current Conservative majority.

Along with private property, hoping we also get restaurants that serve alcohol. This would make me good to carry about 90% of the time

Regardless doesn't this all still have to go to full trial no matter which way they rule?

yes this is only regarding the TROs issued. Still a full trial

Folks:
This court decision is in NJ, not NY. It only impinges on the NY case as something which the 2nd Circuit Court has to add to its consideration, before rendering its decision, regarding the NY TROs. The more decisions like this, the harder it will be for the 2nd Circuit to dance around the Bruen decision.

And, yes, regardless of what the 2nd Circuit rules, the whole of the CCIA still has to go on trial, in the original courts but, if the 2nd Circuit reverses itself, to support the TROs, from Judges Suddaby and Sinatra, the trial will go much faster, as there will be fewer issues to litigate. If the 2nd Circuit reverses itself, the TROs can become permanent restraining orders and the only other things left to litigate are the items not covered by the TROs.

Spronz vs County of Suffolk EDNY

There actually is some form of Institutional Reform Litigation, in this.
And personally, I’m dying laughing reading, them shredding certain specific officers… 🤣🤣🤣

That has the ability to be impactful, if it can get any traction. I would like to know who the federal monitors would report to and how we know that they would actually enforce the law.
