CNN doing a report on crime in Philadelphia in a couple of minutes....Murder rate at more than 1 a day-34 in the month of January....rewards being offered for crime tips....

At that rate, they don't need any tips.
They seem to have mastered crime 100%. lol

SUre enough. A friend moved there 12 years ago. He has since moved back out of the city as far as he can afford to. In his words: "The A Shau Valley has nothing on this place"...

Really not a surprise.. Rough neighborhoods just get rougher when the economy goes free fall.. Wait until the gov't checks stop being mailed out..
