He got his gas, no need to hang around! :)

Here's another -- not so good CCW video..

Look at that. Guns saves a life? Noooo, this can't be possible. I think he just should have told those two guys he loved them.

that is one police officer that is a menace to society and should be relieved of his duties. maybe he should have been doing his job instead of being a bully
Concerning the first video: Could you imagine that happening here? Well you can't because the guy would not be ccwing and would either be in the hospital or the mourge. Even then, those two poor kids, he should not have shot, he should have given them everything and begged for his life. I hate this liberal sinkhole.

Concerning the second video: Not only should that guy not be a cop, he should be in jail. He basically threatend to blow the guys head off. Thank god for video or else it would be testilie at it's best.

Agree 100% on both counts. You are 2 for 2 today :)

WOW... Not sure what to make of that. I've never advocated for a cop to lose his job but if I had to this guy would be as good of a candidate as any. Seems like he has a total lack of respect for anyone who is not wearing a uniform. I hope that department made him get some help at the very least.

I amazed that they even got their hands on that video. Check the discussions below. Can you imagine if this cop actually had encountered a situation. He's definitely a shoot first, worry about it later, cop.

What a disgusting human being. He doesn't deserve to be a DOG CATCHER after this.
As for the gas station video...why'd he leave the scene?
A good defense lawyer well get a jury to believe that the officer neglected to follow police procedure by calling out the stop and running the plate, the officer would of gone directly to the driver if he had run the registration and the driver would of notified he was licensed to carry. The officer could get into a jam for failing to be professional. The cops language wasn't necessary and him talking about using force on the driver who was compliant is just going to further be used against the officer. This is not a good situation, many cops are not gun friendly to begin with. This cop bagged the driver because he was allowed to carry a gun.The other two got a pass.

That cop was relieved of duty and an internal investigation is underway.Apparently some very poor tactics on both officers for searching the vehicle with the driver in the car. This is a good training tool to teach at every academy.I would think the other officer may get relieved of duty also because of an illegal search.

He left the scene briefly because the assailant had at least one friend there with him and maybe more. The CHL holder called 911 and reported that he was leaving the scene to avoid confrontation and asked for instructions intending to go t o a police station. Someone had already called it in and police were arriving on the scene so he was told to return. The CHL holder returned immediately having only gone a block. You can see his car re-enter the lot towards the top of the video.
As for the second video, meet Judge Dread, our new poster boy for getting the stupid notification law revoked. I bet we see that video entered as proponent testimony on the Ohio House and Senate floor next year.

Basically, a police officer was threatening to execute someone over a misdemeanor that isn't even any offence in almost 40 other states.

This cop was relieved of duty because of his actions...civil rights lawyers could have a field day with this one.
Unfortunately our idea of "relieved of duty" and the police dept's idea is different.  He's prolly on fully paid leave during the 'investigation'.
