Buying an aimpoint locally

hey all,

On the off chance that I wanted to get an aimpoint ml3 via local store, does anyone know which of the local stores offer competitive pricing on aimpoints?

Thx

No such thing as competitive local pricing. If you want the cheapest price buy online, If not buy local and support the shops on the Island.
I wasn't expecting it to be comparable to online pricing. I would gladly take a 5-10% markup for the convenience of being able to hold and inspect it before buying

And therein lies the magic of "local shops vs. internet".

I like the choices. Either you can get it cheap and wait, or buy-it-NOW! :D
you can check mine out anytime you want. I have an M4S and a T-1.
You can check mine out anytime. Pm me I'll let u know when I go to the range. I know collosium has them and SSS carries eotecs.

James,

You might want to include Campsite on your list of shops to check out in search of your Aimpoint optic. Campsite is an Aimpoint dealer with a good selection of Aimpoint optics, as well as Eotech, Acog, Nightforce, Zeiss, Swarovski, etc. Shawn Doug, Jonathan will be only to happy to show you anything they have in stock, will be able to speak with professional and personal perspective on these (they each have / shoot AR platform rifles with a variety of optics), and if they do not have what you are looking for in stock will certainly be happy to order what you need. If you've already been to Campsite, then I am just repeating what you already know. If you haven't visited Campsite before, it warrants a visit for your current search.

Good Luck, and please let us know how you make out.

How much are you able to get it for? Aimpoint Comp ML3 2 moa or 4 moa?

This is a pretty good deal from Larue Aimpoint Comp ML3 w/ LaRue Tactical QD Mount (STANDARD MOUNT SHOWN)
Comp ML3 Sight Available in 2MOA and 4MOA. Comes with LT QD mount in standard or RAS II heights. For an additional $25.00, choose the LT cantilever mount. PRICE: $569.00
Best thing to do is check out the Aimpoint you want locally (either at a gun shop or if a friend has one) and order on-line for the best price.

I can recommend this site, they have great prices: http://www.manventureoutpost.com/

A coworker just bought a ML3 from this site and he was very happy with it.

I've owned Aimpoint M3, T-1 and currently run a M4 in a Larue mount. I can tell you they are worth the money.

Which ever model you decide on, I strongly recommend the 2 MOA over the 4 MOA dot.
