I could see a stiffer public intoxication sentence if you a drunk, come out of a bar, and you have a pistol on you, but this seems like harrasment

Let me restate "I could see a stiffer public intoxication sentence if you a drunk, come out of a bar," I understand guns and alcohol don't mix, but IMHO it like saying if you have a drink and have car keys on you, you get your drivers licence taken away.
