I lived there for 3 years and it is a great place to live although even though I'm not much of a winter person, you do miss the seasons a little bit.
Quick story: When I first got there I went down to the local post office to change my address and there was a big sign on the outside that said "no firearms allowed, please leave firearms in your vehicle" (or something to that nature). I thought to myself "your not in Kansas anymore"!!!!
