Any good gunsmiths in the Suffolk area?

I need a reliable gunsmith to take my 1911 to, I need to have an ambi thumb safety installed. Being aware that the safety needs to be filed down to perfectly fit the sear, I don't wanna try to do it myself, lest I screw it up since I have no experience with that kinda stuff.

I know LISC has a gunsmith, but honestly I'd rather not take it to them. Every time I ask them a question on the phone the attitude and tone of voice on the other end of the phone sounds like "I don't know and I could give a **** less." Not the kind of service I'd trust to have this done right.

So, suggestions? Who's around Suffolk that can get this done right?

Bob, at Country Gunsmith, while excellent, does not work on handguns. He works only on rifles and shotguns. My choice would be Dave, at Benson's. They have been doing my smithing, for 25+ years, to perfection.
Benson's is at 53 Middle Country Road, Coram, about 1/2 mile East of Route 112. Their phone is (631) 736-0065.
