Albany County Legislature, Sheriff launch illegal gun tip line with advertisement campaign on CDTA buses

LOL...hypothetical situation, I got it in for my PIA neighbor, I call the tip line and say I think he's got an illegal gun. I don't get any reward but I get the satisfaction of watching the Police go through his house and hassle him a bit...yeah, nothing could go wrong with this! SMFH...
