If you allow these miscreants stay long enough they will commit a murder, possibly with a firearm, (illegally procured to be sure). Then Ms. McCarthy and the Brady bunch start in with the gun nonsense ignoring the question of what's wrong with a system that these criminals have been able to slip through the cracks and remain in the country. The media runs with it and the sheeple nod their heads in agreement. RIP to the dead and a speedy recovery to the injured. Then hang the bastard.

No, they'll just "deport" him again and he'll commit another crime.

Maybe we should close the Deportation Loophole. It's a sad event. But, in the end, because of lax laws, we'll be on the attack again from the anti-gunners.

I don't think that this will take this course in VA. If anything, I beleiev the Sate will continue to push back on the Fed. Govt on illegal immigration laws, not gun laws. There already has been at least another high profile case in that state. I think the other one involved a drunk illegal who should have been deported in the past but killed a nun with his car DWI
