10 Year Old Boy Defends Mom With BB Gun

Officers say the boy hit the attacker with a board and then shot him in the face with the pump-action BB rifle as he grappled with the woman.

Now... if this happened in New York the boy would be arrested and charged with something as an adult. Mom - she'd be arrested for endangering the welfare of her child by allowing the BB gun to be in the home. And the guy with the face full of bb's? he's suing Mom.
