I had some work done and string replaced last year by C&B. Last week I grabbed the bow and had some issues with the string. I went over to C&B to see if they can help out as they changed this string last season. After a short talk and explanation Ralph (owner) was called over and he asked no question and said to do what had to done at no cost.
As I travelled to the store I wondered how they would treat this issue. I have to say I was blown away and impressed by this customer service. During my drive over i thought if they treated this any different I would have gone elsewhere and never gone back to C&B. They now have me as a regular customer and I also ended up buying a new bow setup tonight!!
So, Ralph or any other C&B employee reading this.. THANK YOU again!!
Any LIF archers I recommend C&B as a loyal and honest shop to visit.
