I cant seem to get behind the idea of a trigger safety, but so many pistols that i like have them. Can you guys give me some reasons why you like them or maybe you dont. Just trying to narrow down my search for my first pistol. Sent from my 6045O using Tapatalk

I got 10/22 for my kids to use. I was thinking of putting in a Volquartsen hammer kit, which is supposed to reduce trigger pull down to about 2.5 to 3 lbs. Is this a good idea or would it be better and safer to leave the stock trigger as it is at about 7 lbs until they get more experienced?

AR drop-in triggers. There are tons of 'em and they're all kind of pricey but it's widely considered the best, if not an essential upgrade to any AR rifle. Everybody says, if you do nothing else, upgrade the MIL FCG. This guy has compiled an amazing data set and review of 13 drop-in trigger...

Got a new CZ455 with a really great trigger (no creep) but decided to order a Yodave trigger kit to lower the pull weight down to 1-1.5 lbs. My Remington 40X in .223 has a 8 once factory trigger, but to start with a new gun, I'll try to lower it in steps over time. This is the best idea I've...

Does anybody know how to tell if an ARES Defense SCR has a gen 1 or gen 2 trigger? I tried searching on Google and came up empty. Thanks in advance

Hey All Just swapped my Tegra CF lower for an Anderson Lower with Patrick Henry trigger guard on my spur set up. I have not had a chance to fire it yet but just holding it, it feels like a totally different rifle. The trigger guard gives a great deal of control while being able to keep your...

While dry firing a NY compliant rifle, the trigger seems to be getting stuck on the reset after keeping it depressed and running the bolt. Process is dry fire, hold down trigger, run the bolt, let off trigger until it resets and then pull trigger again. there also seems to be a longer reset...

Hi all ... This is my first post so bear with me! I tried a search for this topic but didn't come up with anything. I'm wondering if anyone here has had a problem with the ruger lcp trigger bite. I find after as little as 3 rounds I have a blister starting to form on my trigger finger. Not to...

Since there seems to be an impending SKS group buy,,, and probably a couple of love fests in the sand pit at Freeport and range night, I started watching videos about them. When Alan first opened up his gun room at LIA, he wasn't selling pistols and you could check out the rifles on the rack...

I am thinking of upgrading my trigger in our 10/22's Does anyone have any experience or feedback on the Timney replacement? I don't want to do a lot of smithing and it seems like an easy job but at $250 I would like to know I am getting some reward.

This post is a bit long but I am trying to be complete and would like to know if anyone else has seen this problem. I have an issue with my Stag trigger disconnector timing causing it to drop the hammer on reset frequently. I really wanted to buy a Stag 1H but Stag was at least 3-5 weeks...
